I started working on designs for the ADE Summit Conferences in 2020 and needed to come up with branding that matched an already existing logo that I could not change. These were used for websites, a mobile app, presentations, Zoom meetings, and printed signage. The 2019 designs are included for comparison only.
Social Media
I have not been the primary designer for social media graphics for the ADE Summit, but these are examples of designs I created for Research & Technology sessions and the overall event.
On-site Signage
I was tasked with creating and coordinating designs for on-site signage at the conference according to specifications from the printing company. These made a big difference in the check-in experience.
Mobile App Assets
We used a platform called Sched for our conference website and mobile app. I created these assets according to Sched specifications using the existing logo with new design elements.
Eventbrite Website
Attendees purchase tickets for the event on Eventbrite, so this is another area where graphics are needed to fit certain specifications each year. The map graphic is used in multiple locations.

Templates
A presentation template was requested to be made available for presenters, though it was not required. For the 2024 event, we changed the slideshow template to match the format of our new ADE and DESE styles of presentations. The last few images were shared as options for Zoom backgrounds during the years we had some presentations as virtual sessions.
