When I first started working at the Department of Education, I worked in the Division of Public School Accountability. In 2019, I was personally asked by the Commissioner to work on a social media campaign recognizing Schools on the Move based on accountability reports. I created post designs using each school or district's colors so that they would be on brand when shared on their own social media. I was not the lead on this project in subsequent years, but variations of my designs were still used. In 2023, we shifted gears in design and approach and recognized fewer schools individually. I created a new Schools on the Move seal or badge based on drafts and input from the School Performance team.
